The ControlLink® fully-digital Intercom System allows for the operation of up to 3 two-way radios (mobile or fixed), monitoring of an additional alarm, PA, Radio AM/FM/CD, iPod or other product and has the capability to connect to a cell phone.
The System Allows Up to 12 Headset Positions and Up to 4 Remote Heads
ControlLink® Split Audio
The Split Audio version allows for Radio 1 to be heard in the left earphones and Radios 2 and 3 on the right earphones of all connected headsets. The Intercom and the "accessory audio source" have the audio level presented equally to both earphones of all connected headsets.
ControlLink® Mono Audio
The Mono Audio version has the capability to allow for the Intercom, all radios and the "Accessory Audio Source" to be presented equally to both earphones of all connected headsets.

Mono and Split Audio Digital Intercom System for Emergency Communications
Components and Accessories:
Primary Control Unit
(PCU) The Primary Control Unit is typically located in the cab of the vehicle, It is the central connection point for all Headsets, Radios and the Remote Head Station(s). Heavy-duty Backlit Touch Pad Buttons are provided to select Radios on which to"Transmit". Selected Radios are indicated by an LED, Volume controls (+/-) are arrow shaped and adjust each Radio receive level.
Remote Head
Radio "Transmit" Selections may be selected and deselected at a Remote Head, just as they are on the PCU. Each Remote Head supports one headset.There can be up to 4 Remote Heads per system.
Intercom Only Station
The Intercom Only Station has Headset Positions that provide for 1 or 2 headsets per unit.These are "Receive Only" Stations which do not transmit over the radio.
Headsets
Headsets include, Rear Headband, PTT on Ear Cup, Volume Control, Noise Canceling Electret Boom Mic and detachable headset cables with 24 dB noise reduction in compliance with NFPA 1500.
FootSwitch-PTT (For Hands Free Radio Transmission)
This system can have two FootSwitch - PTT's; one for the
Driver and one for the Incident Commander.
Mobile Radio Adapters
The Mobile Radio Adapters are used to connect the ControlLink Intercoms to your mobile radios.
Headset Extension Cord
The Headset Extension Cord is used to extend the working area of the system within a rig. It connects between your Headset and the Jack at the Pump Panel.
